We offer two main packages for our vendors:

  • Free Package: This option allows you to list your products on our platform at no initial cost. It’s designed to help new vendors get started without upfront fees.

  • Subscription Fees: For vendors looking for enhanced features and greater exposure, we offer subscription packages with additional benefits. Details and pricing for these packages are clearly outlined on the subscription page during the registration process.

All payments are conducted directly between you and the customer through your preferred methods, ensuring that you have full control over your transactions

At this moment, our platform primarily supports vendors operating within Uganda to ensure product relevance and compliance with local regulations.

Once registered, you will have access to a vendor dashboard where you can manage your products, track sales, and interact with customers.

FAQs For Customers

Browse through our marketplace, select a product you like, and simply click the ‘Order on WhatsApp’ button to initiate a direct conversation with the vendor for purchase details.

 

Returns are handled directly by the vendor. Please check the vendor’s return policy listed on their profile or contact them via WhatsApp for instructions.

We prioritize your privacy. Our platform is designed to limit the collection of personal data as transactions and communications are handled directly through WhatsApp.
